Account and Data Deletion

1. Clients: how to request it

Send an e-mail to privacidade@nheva.com.br from the address registered in your Nheva app account, with the subject “Delete my account”. If you no longer have access to that e-mail, give your full name and phone number; we may ask for confirmation so that no one else can delete your account. We confirm the deletion within 15 days.

2. What is deleted

• your sign-in account (e-mail, password and sessions);
• the app's link to the practices that see you;
• the device data used for notifications and the app preferences.

3. What is still kept

Registration details, records, mood diary, answers to activities and scales, messages and charges are part of the record of the professional who sees you. They are the controller of that data and must keep it for the minimum period required by the Federal Council of Psychology. Deleting the account ends your access through the app but doesn't erase that record; requests about it should be made to the professional, and Nheva helps them respond.

Payment records are kept for the period required by tax law and access logs for the period required by the Brazilian Internet Civil Framework. After those periods, data is deleted or anonymized.

4. Professionals

Cancel the subscription in Settings › Subscription and request the deletion of your account from privacidade@nheva.com.br using your registered e-mail. The Wallet balance is paid out before closing. Your clients' records are kept for the minimum period required by the Federal Council of Psychology and delivered to you on request; financial records, for the period required by tax law. Practice members, such as secretaries, request the deletion of their own account the same way.
