Does the AI write my clinical records for me?
It organizes what you recorded into a structured draft. You review, edit and sign it. Professional responsibility and clinical decisions remain yours.
Is my clients' data safe?
Personal data, progress notes and messages are encrypted (AES-256) with per-field keys. Before any text goes to the AI, names, tax IDs, phone numbers and e-mails are removed. Records are visible only to you.
Does the AI assistant talk about emotional issues?
No. It is strictly administrative. If it detects risk signals, it pauses automatic replies, sends the CVV (188) and SAMU (192) contacts and alerts you immediately.
Do I need a new WhatsApp number?
We recommend a number dedicated to your practice. You can still reply from your phone as usual — the assistant notices and won't talk over you.
Is there a contract?
No. You get 14 days free with every feature and can cancel anytime.
Does Nheva work in other languages?
Yes. The platform, the client app and your website are available in Portuguese, English and Spanish, and the AI assistant replies in the client's language.
