• Terms of Service

  These Terms govern the use of the Nheva platform (app.nheva.com.br, the Nheva app for clients and the professional websites at sites.nheva.com.br), provided by Nheva (49.864.540 Victor Augusto Tesoura Segundanhe Junior, CNPJ 49.864.540/0001-02). By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Acceptable Use Policy, the Refund and Cancellation Policy and, if you receive payments through Nheva, the Professional Agreement.

• Privacy Policy

  This Policy explains how Nheva (49.864.540 Victor Augusto Tesoura Segundanhe Junior, CNPJ 49.864.540/0001-02) processes personal data on the Nheva platform, under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law 13,709/2018, LGPD). Health data is sensitive personal data and therefore gets reinforced protection.

• Acceptable Use Policy

  This Policy supplements the Terms of Service and sets out what is allowed and what is prohibited on Nheva for professionals, practice members (such as secretaries) and clients, to protect clients, professionals and the platform.

• Refund and Cancellation Policy

  This Policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for the Nheva subscription and for payments that clients make to professionals through Nheva.

• Professional Agreement

  This Agreement complements the Terms of Service and applies to professionals who receive client payments through Nheva and to the processing of client data that Nheva carries out on the professional's behalf.

• Account and Data Deletion

  How to request the deletion of your Nheva account — in the client app or on the professional platform —, even without access to the app, and what must still be kept by law.

• Security and privacy

  How Nheva protects records and client data: AES-256 encryption, access control, audit trail, AI without identifiers and compliance with Brazil's LGPD and the Federal Council of Psychology.
